Chicken liver pate with apricot chutney accompanied
with peppered croutons.
Prawn cocktail with crisp leaves, tomato, cucumber
and traditional marie rose sauce with brandy and paprika.

chipolatas and rich turkey jus.
Baked salmon fillet with prawn, caper and herb butter.

and parmesan straws.
Crispy smoked ham hock croquette with soft poached hen’s egg
and hollandaise sauce.
A platter of smoked salmon, smoked halibut, mackerel pate
and prawn cocktail accompanied with peppered croutons.
Golden onion tarte tatin with crumbled goats cheese and
balsamic glaze nestled on a salad of red chard and pear.
